Cycling the canals as the basis for new products, a design for two circular neighborhoods and the start of a working group to promote circular consumer behavior. Those are some of the breakthroughs that have been achieved during the Circular Economy BOOSTcamp ’14.
For three days young talent and seasoned experts from industry, academia and government worked together on cases that will accelerate the transition to the circular economy in Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. The results of the BOOSTcamp form the basis for a powerful network with the ambition to turn Amsterdam into a circular city between now and 2030: a city where material loops are closed using locally generated renewable energy.
Ingeborg from Partners for Innovation worked in the breakthrough session: Product Design illustrated here by Sander de Knegt.
