Sadda Laouali is senior consultant and  part-time expert for Partners for Innovation. His expert fields are Rural Business Development (specifically the Small Holder Farmers capacity building, including a focus on women challenges), Renewable Energy, Economic Development, Leadership & Social Entrepreneurship and Management (including M&E).

Sadda coordinated many projects focused on Food security (Niger), Access for women to renewable energy solutions (Mali), Access for SHF to structured demand markets (Mali) and for pastoralists to ICT solutions (Mali & Burkina). Laouali worked for twenty years with SNV (Netherlands Development Organisation) in Niger and, as expat, in neighbouring countries as senior advisor and coordinator for many international programmes.
