As communication officer is Marjolein Roggen responsible for external communication of Partners for Innovation. It is her strength to turn complex topics into appealing stories. She wants to use her expertise in circular and biobased economy, sustainable energy, chemistry and the manufacturing industry to increase the visibility of the organization and its employees. She is also first point of contact for the press.
Marjolein has a background as a technical journalist for various professional journals such as Technisch Weekblad and Energietechniek. She writes on a freelance basis for magazines on sustainable innovation topics. She has also gained experience as an all-round communication specialist at companies including DNV GL (formerly KEMA), InnovatieLink and Circular Energy.
